Why should The House fund the illigals if the courts have ruled it illigal.

The constitution gives us seperation of powers. The Exective, the legislative, and the judicial. The judical has determined that the amnisty of illigals is illigal and therefore cannot be funded by congress. Until the courts make a change, that cnnot be funded.

That, if it goes public, puts the Democrats on the defensive and they then are the only ones that can make a change to pass the funding for Homeland defense. The House has already funded Home Land Defense.

Therein lies the problem. These two funding issues, although related, really should not be in the same bill. The only reason they are is because it gives each party leverage toward their position. Both parties can claim that the other does not want to fund homeland security.

The reality is, everyone wants to fund homland security. There are some who disagree with the president's executive action and attaching funding for those actions to an overall homeland security bill gives them a talking point.

It's all part of the game.
