Yes. Unless the courts mark it classified, you can look at it. I've been sitting in on congretional meetings for the last year. From September to December last year no bill of any concern was passed. I think I remember a bill setting up a memorial for someone but nothing major was passed.
I also read a list of Obama's actions from the day he took office until a month into office. For someone who people said was sitting on his ***, he was getting a lot done!
Every meeting of congress is open and you can always view how your representatives voted. Obama is a little bit harder to thrush out, but check the White House logs.
