The Citizens United ruling that money is speech and therefore cannot be regulated means that only a Constitutional Amendment can address the implications of that deceison. With our elected officials in effect the paid employees of special interest groups any corrective Amendment will not be initiated by Congress. I would suggest that a gathering of interested, non-elected nationally known citizens be asked to meet to discuss, debate and eventually write a proposed Constiututional Amendment that could be submitted to the Congress and eventually the states. The Amendment could address the federal funding of all national elections, establish term limits and the length of terms, establish how long campaigns can be conducted, and establish how Congressional boundries would be drawn in the states. The problem of money corrupting our system is obvious, the solution will take more than bemoaning the implications, it will take citizen action.

A Person's $ MONET $ "HAS MORE THAN ONE VOICE" in today's Elections. Hundreds, thousands, or millions of $ DOLLARS $ by just ONE Person can "BUY AND PAY FOR MUCH MORE THAN AN AVERAGE PERSON IN AMERICA".

YET !, Rich or Wealthy Individuals or "SUPER PACS", can dominate the Advertising Networks with their $ MONEY $. Where a single VOTE would "GO TOWARD AN INDIVIDUAL CANDIDATE INSTEAD OF " A BOUGHT CANDIDATE" !
