It seems as though there is evidence to suggest that global warming is a very serious issue in need of immediate attention as well as evidence that it may not be of great concern, could be part of the normal global warming and cooling phase and may or may not be man caused.

What is the truth about this issue?  If it is indeed a man made problem, what steps can be taken to address and correct the causes?  Will countries like China make necessary changes even if the United States and other members of the world community decide to take action?

The global warming movement/belief is man made. In reality, if there was not money to be made by "signing up" to global warming, we would not hear a thing about it.

There is definitely good scientific evidence of global warming.  Many studies show that warming is occurring.  The left has latched on to this as a political issue and has "polluted" it if you will for political and financial gain. This does not however mean that the evidence should be ignored. I don't think anyone knows exactly how serious the problem is but it is something which should not be ignored.

Three hundred scientists have put their careers on the line by testifying it does not exist.

We cannot rule out that global warming will occur, nor can we rule out global cooling. The earth is all most 4.5 billion yeas old and during that time the earth has gone through millions of alterations of arid and ice ages. The questions are, is a warming trend caused by humans? To reply to that question we must look at what the current, nonscientific community claims to be the cause of golbal warming. The primary claim is human activities are increasing C02 levels through use of manmade interventions, i.e., fossil fuel burning;, automobile exhaust, etc. Before an intelligent, independent person would accept that as fact, they sould do their own research through credible data collection. There are multiple examples of data to review and consider but lets just look at the C02 claim: 1) manmade C02 production today is about 25 percent lower than it was 75 years ago. 2) A single volcano eruption  releases more C02 than man can produce worldwide within a given 100 year time period.

Yes, we will see variations in global temperatures as demonstrated over the 4.5 billion years and there is nothing humans can do about it. With our discussions of global warming we should include the data that shows the average global temperature has risen less than 2 degrees F for as long as temperature tracking has been in existance. Hoever, global temperatures have remained constant for the last 20 years (most recently, we have seen a shift to lower than average temperatures). Note: modern sensing equipment measures temperatures within  "0" errors. That obviously was not true just 50 years ago.

Yes, the earth will continue to go through temperature changes just  as it has for the past 4.5 billion years. Intelligent and honest men accept that fact and improve methods to assist humans in dealing with with those variations. However, dishonest men want to start a C02 world war. By doing so, they will make trillions of dollars off the ignorant. How will they do that? By outlawing or taxing any production of manmade C02 and the mandatory development of so called  "Green energy" such as wind, solor and other manmade methods. Billions of government dollars have already been spent on such ideas and none of them work;; however, they have worked well at making a large number of folks very rich (politicians mostly).

Again, I am not advocating that global temperature changes are a hoax, on the contrary, I'm smart enough to understand the fact that the earth, since its beginning, has had millions of major temperature variations and we mortal man can do almost nothing to avoid it.
